The short answer

What we found about MCA Help Services

Looking into MCA Help Services reviews, we found a real, operating business with a live website, a Boynton Beach address and phone number, and Florida corporate records. Its Google Business Profile shows a 5.0 rating from 43 reviews at our October 29, 2026 check, and the reviews we could see describe quick action on funder lawsuits and settlements business owners could manage. That is the only review platform where it has a record: we found no BBB profile, no Trustpilot profile and no federal court case naming it.

Two details are worth knowing before you call. First, the Florida LLC named MCA Help Services LLC was administratively dissolved in September 2025 for not filing an annual report; the website says the brand belongs to CPHG Holdings, LLC, which is an active Florida company. Second, the brand's model is litigation-led: it says a New York licensed attorney answers the funder's lawsuit and files motions, and that you make no payments while those motions run.

We have not scored it, because it is not one of the 16 firms in our 2026 ranked set, and because all 43 of its reviews sit on a single platform with no BBB or Trustpilot record to cross-check them against. Read this page as new, well reviewed on Google, lightly documented elsewhere and attorney-driven by its own description. Every source is linked so you can check it yourself.

The public record

Who is behind MCA Help Services

The MCA Help Services website footer states that the brand is a wholly owned subsidiary of CPHG Holdings LLC and that all transactions are processed by CPHG Holdings. Florida's Division of Corporations has records for both names, and they line up:

MCA Help Services LLC

According to the Sunbiz record, MCA Help Services LLC is a Florida limited liability company, document number L24000424700, filed on October 1, 2024. It lists no federal EIN, no annual reports, and a status of inactive after an administrative dissolution for annual report on September 26, 2025. The website domain was registered on the same day the LLC was filed, October 1, 2024, according to the public domain registry.

CPHG Holdings, LLC

The Sunbiz record for CPHG Holdings, LLC shows an active Florida limited liability company, document number L14000122984, filed in August 2014, with annual reports filed for 2024, 2025 and 2026. The record also shows a name change in 2016 and reinstatements in 2016, 2021 and 2023. Both entities list the same single manager, who is also the registered agent, at the same Boynton Beach address, which differs from the Gateway Boulevard address on the website.

None of this is unusual on its own: small firms often operate a brand through a holding company. It does mean that, if you enroll, you should confirm in writing which entity your agreement is with and which entity receives your payments.

What they sell

The MCA Help Services process, in its own words

The homepage headline is "MCA Legal Defense and Settlement." According to the website, the process runs in three stages:

1. Answer the lawsuit. The site says that once a funder sues, a business has 30 days to have a New York licensed attorney file an answer, and that its attorney files one within 24 hours of being retained, to keep the funder from obtaining a default judgment and freezing bank accounts.

2. Motion practice. The site says its attorneys then file motions that give a business 6 to 12 months of breathing room, and in some cases more than 18 months, and that the business is not making payments during that period.

3. Settlement. After that, the site says it negotiates a settlement, and that on almost every file it gets additional fees removed and a 12 month term to repay the agreed amount. It also says it does not hold client money in escrow and does not promise 50% savings.

The site refers to "debt attorneys and arbitrators" and "over 20 years combined settlement experience," but it does not name any attorney, and it does not publish client results or fees. Its About, Settlement Solutions and Funding Solutions pages returned "not found" at our check.

The same brand also runs a business funding application that advertises funding from $10,000 to more than $2 million, approvals in as little as 24 hours, terms based on daily revenue, and acceptance of previous defaults and bad credit. In other words, MCA Help Services markets both MCA relief and new revenue-based funding. Ask how any new funding would interact with a settlement before you take it.

Reviews

MCA Help Services reviews: what we could and could not find

People searching for MCA Help Services reviews in Boynton Beach will find them almost entirely on Google. At our October 29, 2026 check:

Better Business Bureau: a BBB search for MCA Help Services in Boynton Beach, Florida returned no results, and searches for CPHG Holdings and for the company's phone number returned none either. BBB search occasionally misses a profile, so check it yourself.

Trustpilot: we found no Trustpilot page for mcahelpservices.com.

Google: the Google Business Profile, listed as a business to business service at 1500 E Gateway Blvd in Renaissance Commons with the same phone number and website as the company's site, shows 5.0 stars from 43 reviews, and the owner replies to reviews. The reviews we could see were one to two months old. Their common themes were a fast response after a funder filed suit, which reviewers say stopped the court paperwork and the collection calls; a bank garnishment being stopped; a settlement or payment plan the business could afford; and staff answering after hours. Google's topic tags point the same way, with responsiveness the most frequent. One reviewer refers to the company as a lawyer; the website does not name an attorney, so ask who would actually appear on your case.

A perfect score for a brand that launched in October 2024 is a good sign and worth reading in full, not just counting. Sort by newest and by oldest, and read the dates and the owner replies. We could see only a limited view of the profile, so we could not confirm the date of its oldest review.

Courts and regulators: a CourtListener search of federal dockets returned no cases naming MCA Help Services or CPHG Holdings, and we found no FTC, CFPB or state attorney general action naming either in the sources we checked. We did not search Florida or New York state court dockets, where MCA collection suits are commonly filed.

The website says it can show client success stories; none are published on the site.

Before you sign anything

What a business owner should verify first

This applies to us as much as to them. Ask any firm you are considering, in writing:

Exactly which legal entity am I contracting with, and which entity receives my payments? Get the full legal name on the agreement and on the bank or custodial account your payments go to, look up each registration, and understand who you would pursue if something went wrong.

Who is the attorney, and where is that attorney admitted? If a firm's plan depends on an attorney answering a lawsuit, get the attorney's name, firm and bar registration number, and confirm the attorney will appear on your case. New York attorney registrations can be checked on the New York courts' public attorney search.

What is my total cost in dollars, not percentages? Add every fee: the program or legal fee, any settlement fee, monthly charges, returned-payment fees and the cancellation fee. Ask for one number.

What happens to my funder relationship while I am not paying? If the plan involves stopping payments during motion practice, ask what happens if the funder seeks a judgment, a lien on receivables or an account freeze in the meantime, and what the firm will do about it.

What happens if I cancel? Get the cancellation fee and the refund timeline in writing before you enroll, not after.

Questions

MCA Help Services reviews: common questions

Is MCA Help Services legitimate?

MCA Help Services is a real business: it runs a live website at mcahelpservices.com, its Google Business Profile in Boynton Beach, Florida shows a 5.0 rating from 43 reviews at our October 29, 2026 check, and a Florida LLC named MCA Help Services LLC was registered on October 1, 2024, the same day the domain was registered. Its website markets merchant cash advance legal defense and settlement, and its Google reviewers mostly describe fast responses to funder lawsuits and workable settlements. Those reviews sit on one platform: we could not find a BBB or Trustpilot profile to cross-check them, and the LLC that carries the brand name was administratively dissolved in September 2025, while its parent company, CPHG Holdings, LLC, is active. Read the reviews with their dates, and ask which entity you would contract with and who the attorney is before you sign.

Who owns MCA Help Services?

The website footer says MCA Help Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of CPHG Holdings LLC and that all transactions are processed by CPHG Holdings. Florida's Division of Corporations lists CPHG Holdings, LLC as an active Florida LLC, document number L14000122984, filed in August 2014, with annual reports filed for 2024, 2025 and 2026. The same person is listed as manager and registered agent of both CPHG Holdings, LLC and MCA Help Services LLC.

Is MCA Help Services LLC still active in Florida?

No. According to Florida's Division of Corporations, MCA Help Services LLC, document number L24000424700, was filed on October 1, 2024, never filed an annual report, and was administratively dissolved on September 26, 2025. Its status is listed as inactive. The website was still online at our October 29, 2026 check and names CPHG Holdings LLC, which is active, as the company that processes its transactions.

Does MCA Help Services have a BBB rating?

We could not find one. A Better Business Bureau search for MCA Help Services in Boynton Beach, Florida returned no results at our October 29, 2026 check, and searches for CPHG Holdings and for the company's phone number returned none either. BBB search can miss profiles, so search bbb.org yourself before relying on that.

Where is MCA Help Services located?

Its website and contact page give 1500 Gateway Boulevard, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426, with the phone number (561) 503-0753 and weekday hours, and its Google Business Profile lists the same phone number at 1500 E Gateway Blvd in Renaissance Commons. Its Florida LLC record lists a different Boynton Beach address. Similarly named firms exist, including MCA Resolve in Delray Beach, so check the domain mcahelpservices.com before relying on any review.

How does MCA Help Services say its process works?

According to its website, a New York licensed attorney files an answer to a funder's lawsuit within 24 hours of being retained, then files motions that the company says give a business 6 to 12 months, and sometimes more than 18 months, during which it is not making payments. The website says a settlement is negotiated after that, usually with fees removed and a 12 month payback term. It does not name the attorney or publish client results. Ask for the attorney's name and bar registration, and for every fee in writing.
