Short answer
One Park Financial, LLC is a Coconut Grove (Miami), Florida company that arranges small business funding, including revenue-based financing, through partner funders. Its own FAQ answers the question "Does One Park Financial finance businesses directly?" with "No." Its public ratings are strong: the BBB gives it an A+ and has listed it as accredited since 4/11/2018, with 3 complaints in the last three years, and Trustpilot shows 4.8 on 4,313 reviews. The court record is thin: one federal suit captioned against it, filed and closed in 2022, plus creditor ballots it filed in a Florida bankruptcy. If you were funded through One Park and the payments no longer fit your revenue, the name on your agreement matters more than the name that called you, because the funder's terms decide your options.

This page summarizes what the public record shows as of October 23, 2026. The rating, accreditation, dates, management, related business and complaint count were read directly from the company's Better Business Bureau profile, details page and complaints page. The court records come from federal docket listings on CourtListener. Product terms and requirements come from the company's own website and FAQ. We did not find a state or federal regulator action against the company in our searches, which is not proof that none exists.
What One Park Financial does
One Park Financial describes itself as a company that matches small businesses with funding. Its FAQ says it "is partnered with the best funders in the market" and that its job is to find the working capital a business needs. Each applicant is assigned a "Business Funding Manager" who walks the owner through the offer. In other words, One Park works as a broker or marketplace: it gathers your application and bank statements, and a partner funder makes the offer and provides the money.
The website advertises funding "from $10,000 to $1,500,000," prequalification in about two minutes with no credit impact, and funds that can arrive "often within 24 hours." Its stated minimum requirements are:
- $10,000 or more in monthly sales, before expenses.
- At least 3 months in business, with the last 3 months of bank statements reviewed.
- A FICO score of at least 500.
On cost, the FAQ says there is no charge to apply and that a business pays "the cost of capital and a small professional service fee" only if it accepts an offer. It also says repayment structures "vary by funder and product," that revenue-based financing ties repayment to a percentage of daily or weekly revenue, that other products may have fixed daily or weekly payments, and that early payoff terms "vary by funder." The company says it was founded in 2010 by John Lie-Nielsen, and it states that it has deployed more than $1.5 billion. These are the company's figures, and we have not verified them.
The practical point for a merchant: when a broker arranges your funding, the contract that sets your payment, your default terms and any reconciliation right is usually the funder's contract, not the broker's. Before you sign, ask which company will be named on the agreement and read that company's record as well as the broker's. Our page on what MCA brokers tell merchants covers the questions to ask.

The two complaints the BBB displays are about the sales process, not about payments. In one, filed 11/23/2025, the customer asked the company to stop calling about an application; the company replied that the request to stop contact had been honored. In the other, filed 12/04/2024, the customer said they had been led to believe they were pre-approved for a business line of credit; the company replied that the application was not approved because of eligibility factors. The third complaint is counted but not displayed.
A broker's reviews mostly describe the application experience: speed, the funding manager and follow-up. They say little about how a funded agreement performs months later, because the money and the collections come from the funder.
The court record
A CourtListener search finds "One Park Financial" in the text of four federal dockets, including one suit captioned against the company:
Salaiz v. One Park Financial, LLC
, No. 3:22-cv-00319, U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, filed September 9, 2022 and marked terminated on November 2, 2022. The docket listing shows a complaint and a civil cover sheet. The docket does not state the claim. It shows a dismissal filing and an order dismissing the case on November 2, 2022.
Centro Group, LLC
, No. 18-23155, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. In this Chapter 11 case, One Park Financial LLC filed three ballots as a creditor on November 16, 2020, each accepting the plan, listing amounts of $24,469.10, $35,800.29 and $11,331.19. The docket entries do not describe the transactions behind those amounts.
The other two dockets are a 2018 personal bankruptcy in the Southern District of Florida and a 2022 civil rights case in the same district in which the name appears in the filings; neither is a suit against the company. CourtListener's case law search returned no court opinion naming One Park Financial. A small record is not proof that no other case exists, since many state court cases are not online.
Who One Park Financial fits
The stated minimums, three months in business, $10,000 a month in sales and a 500 FICO score, put One Park within reach of very young businesses and owners with weak credit. A broker can save you time by shopping your file, but it also means one application can produce offers from funders you have never heard of. Before you sign, get the funder's legal name, the total payback, the payment amount and frequency, and every fee in writing, including the professional service fee. Then look up the funder, not only the broker.
If the payments are more than your business can carry
- Find the agreement and identify the funder named on it. If One Park arranged more than one advance, list each one separately with its payment history.
- Check each agreement for a personal guaranty, an adjustment or reconciliation clause, and a confession of judgment.
- If the product is revenue-based and your agreement provides for it, ask the funder in writing to adjust the payment to your actual revenue. Our explainer on MCA reconciliation covers what to look for.
- Blocking debits or moving your account can be treated as a default under many agreements; check your contract before acting. Our guide on stopping daily MCA payments explains the risks.
- Be careful with offers to take a new advance to cover the old one. Read how MCA reverse consolidation works before you agree to one.
If you are behind or close to it, talk to Business Debt Adjusters about your agreements before you miss a payment.
